Ki Steelman Browning is a Wellness Consultant, Seminar Leader,  Executive Success Coach, Fitness Over Fifty Specialist, Registered Yoga Teacher, Certified Strength Trainer,  Nutrition Educator,  Meditation Instructor and Board Certified Hypnotherapist. As she focuses on women over 50, she encourages them to improve fitness while being gentle on themselves, taking small steps to improve strength and agility. As a Success Coach, Ki works with Carnegie Hall Performers of the DFW Symphonies, Business Executives and top recreational athletes for performance enhancement.. She has found hypnotherapy to be very effective in reducing or eliminating anxiety while improving self-esteem and productivity. Additionally, hypnotherapy has proven results in smoking cessation and weight reduction which work in conjunction with her 6-Week Yoga for Beginners Class.

Ki developed 6-Weeks To Vitality,™ a Corporate Wellness Program, to encourage complete wholeness educating on personal responsibility, setting reachable goals, and stress management skills. Additionally, she introduces natural choices to Allopathic Western Medicine, educating on chiropractic care, acupuncture, hypnotherapy and other natural healthcare measures. This 6-week Employee Appreciation Program allows corporations to educate their staff toward wellness, ultimately reducing medical premiums and absenteeism.

Before moving into the wellness field in 1990,  Ki spent five years in the law profession.  After she graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Texas with a degree in Psychology, she began heading her own nutritional supplement business while in conjunction with managing health clubs.

In 1999, Ki took two years traveling the world independently studying world cultures, religions and yoga, taking a deep look at what her life purpose could be. On one-way tickets, Ki toured 22 countries and 28 states. During that time, she studied in Los Angeles, Thailand, and India and eventually began teaching yoga in Australia. Ki designs wellness classes to suit the individual based on her international training and multi-cultural perspective of life.

Ki recommends yoga, which is a gentle but intense exercise that strengthens muscles and prevents the loss of flexibility common to older adults. In fact, one of her priorities is to teach students to improve fitness while being gentle with themselves. “You want to feel comfortable in your body,” Ki says.
