There is no better customer service anywhere, and with the free shipping and easy return policy, there’s no better place to shop for shoes, clothing and accessories.
Recently I was looking for a pair of purple sandals–seems like I have purchased several things recently that would look good with purple accessories, so I began my quest with local retailers. Well, I had absolutely no luck, so I went to the Zappo’s website to continue my treasure hunt. I searched for purple women’s sandals, and had 202 to choose from! I chose the ones I liked best, and they were delivered the very next day, with no shipping charge! Unfortunately, they didn’t fit my feet just right, but with Zappo’s generous return policy, I just boxed them up and sent them back, again with no charge. You can’t beat that!
I have had many other successful purchases from Zappo’s, and will continue to consider them the absolute best shoe and handbag retailer anywhere. With thousands of products to choose from, why shop anywhere else?
